Soonr Help Hints

First Time Set Up
Log into Soonr (www.soonr.com) with your computer and you will see instructions on how to download the Soonr Desktop Agent. Click on the link to download and follow the wizard. This step will get your computer securely connected to the Soonr Service.

As you go through the installation wizard, you will get a chance to define which folders you want to backup to the Soonr Service. These folders will be accessible from your phone or remote computer. These are also the folders that you will be able to share with other people.

Dashboard
When you log on to the Service from your mobile phone or remote computer, you'll first see the Dashboard—your personal assistant. The Dashboard presents all the latest activity you need to know, whether keeping your current files ready for one click action, or alerting you to shares and comments sent to you.

The Dashboard presents a snapshot of the latest actions on each file and folder. The Dashboard allows you to share, print, view, send, or take other actions with a single click.

You can change filters on the Dashboard to allow you to easily view exactly the right file. For example, you can filter to view files shared with you, or comments sent to you.
